As soon as your prospect says "Hello", start your call with ENTHUSIASM and URGENCY:
"Hi (name of prospect), this is (your name). Do you have a quick minute? I just wanted to let you know that I started my own home-based business with a company called Talk Fusion. Have you heard of them yet? I am glad I called you before anyone else did. Are you open to looking at a great way to earn extra income?
“I just need about 2 minutes to tell you about why I’m so excited about this company, OK?
“Talk Fusion has developed proprietary Internet technology that allows you to take video from any source, whether a web camera, video camera or pre-existing video, and place it into an email without any downloads or attachments. When you receive your email, it plays like a movie. Around the video screen, there is a template that you can customize by changing colors and themes or by uploading photos or personal messages.
“Companies, big and small, instantly recognize the value of the product and want it. And people, in general, get excited when they see it. They want to use it for personal communications, such as staying in touch with family, sharing vacation videos and so much more. Overall, the technology opens up personal and business communications that never existed before.
“The technology is also smart; it automatically notifies you when someone watches your video email. It will tell you how many times someone watched it, if they forwarded it to a friend and if so, who, and if that person clicked through to your web site.
“Now, I want to ask you a question. When I do, I want you to think about how many people you and I both know that will immediately say ‘Yes’ to the same question.” (pause)
The Question
“Do you know at least two businesses or people that could benefit from using video email?” (Almost always the answer will be "Yes" to the question.)
Then, ask the follow up question:
“Of all the people that BOTH of us know, do you think we know 2 people that would immediately say ‘Yes’ to using video email AND wanting to make money at the same time? Of course we do.”
The Benefit Question
“(Name of prospect), If you could generate extra income just by sharing this video email product, would you take the time to look at a few 3-minute video emails samples I’d like to send to you? (Almost always the answer will be "Yes" to the question.) What would you do with extra income you would earn?” (Wait for answer.)
Sending a Video Email
“What is your email address? (Name of prospect), when you get the Talk Fusion video email, you will be amazed at the TV quality of the videos; you’ll see they are crystal-clear. (Describe videos) The first one will tell you about Talk Fusion and why now is a great time to get involved. There is a product overview video explaining why video email is the next big thing. Finally, you will hear Success Stories from some of our Associates. They are from all walks of life, just like you and me.
“Remember, I will know when you watch all of them as the real time tracking will instantly notify me. I will send them in the next few minutes so please look for them in your inbox. Will you be able to watch them today? (If not today, when?)”
The 3-Way Call
Immediately after your prospect watches the video email, you should call them back, along with your sponsor or upline team support. If you are not able to call when your prospect watched the video, call them back as soon after as you can. Do NOT call them back by yourself. Start the call by saying:
"Hello, (name of prospect), I see that you just watched the video emails I sent you.”
If you are calling them back later, tell them what time they watched the video email — it is important to let them know the real-time tracking works.
“Do you see how great they are? I would like to introduce you to (sponsor’s name) who is doing very well in the business. Do you have 5 minutes to say ‘Hi’?"
If the answer is “yes”, do the 3-way call. If “no”, schedule a time in the very near future. At this point, allow your sponsor or team support to share their success story. Also, make sure to listen very carefully to your sponsor or team support so you can learn while they are presenting to your prospects. After your sponsor or team support is finished talking, then say the following:
“(Name of prospect), thank you for your interest in learning more about Talk Fusion and how it can help you. (Sponsor’s name) and I really appreciate your time tonight (or today). I am looking for 2 serious people who want to make extra money. We will call you again tomorrow to answer any questions and show you how to get started.
“(Name of prospect), there are two very important factors that can help determine your level of success: timing and positioning. In the next few minutes or hours, the next Talk Fusion superstar could be joining the line that you would have been in. If you hesitate, you will be in their business making them money instead of them in yours making you money. So, please make sure to get any remaining questions answered so you can get started right away.”
